Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
Sift flour and baking powder together.
2 cup All-purpose flour,
1 tsp Baking powder
Whisk eggs, sugar, mashed bananas, butter, and rum until smooth.
1.5 cup Brown sugar,
1 cup Mashed bananas,
3 Large eggs,
0.5 cup Butter,
2 tbsp Dark rum
Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Cool and drizzle with rum caramel glaze.
