Ingredients
  

Mozzarella

  • 8 mozzarella string cheese cut in half
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning and salt.
  • Dip each mozzarella piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, coating evenly.
  • Place coated mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes
