Main

  • 1 lb salted cod soaked and shredded
  • 2 potatoes julienned, fried
  • 4 eggs beaten

Seasoning

  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 cup parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Fry julienned potatoes until crispy, set aside.
  • Sauté onion in olive oil until soft.
  • Add cod and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in eggs and potatoes, cook until eggs are set.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
