  • 1 duck 4-5 lb, whole
  • 2 oranges juice and zest

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup white wine
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Season duck with salt, roast at 375°F (190°C) for 90 minutes.
  • Melt butter, add orange juice, zest, wine, and sugar, simmer until thickened.
  • Carve duck, drizzle with sauce.
  • Serve with wild rice.
