Filling

  • 1 cup zucchini diced
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup feta cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Mix cooked quinoa, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and feta in a bowl.
  • Stuff bell peppers with the quinoa mixture.
  • Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  • Cook peppers for 20 minutes, until tender and slightly charred.
