  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined

Coating

  • 0.5 cup coconut flakes
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions
 

  • Dip shrimp in egg, then coat with coconut flakes and breadcrumbs.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook shrimp for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
