Vitello Tonnato

Thinly sliced veal with tuna-flavored sauce.
Ingredients
Main
- 1 lb veal roast
- 1 can tuna 5 oz, drained
Sauce
- 0.5 cup capers
- 0.5 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Poach veal in water with wine for 1 hour, cool.
- Blend tuna, capers, and olive oil into a sauce.
- Slice veal thinly, cover with sauce, chill for 2 hours.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Garnish with extra capers.
