Vegetable Stir-Fry

A colorful and quick stir-fry with crisp vegetables in a savory soy sauce.

Vegetables
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 broccoli cut into florets
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger minced
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and toss to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
Add tofu for extra protein. Adjust soy sauce for saltiness.
