Turkish Doner Kebab

Turkish marinated lamb grilled on a spit.
Ingredients
Lamb
- 1 lb lamb shoulder thinly sliced
Marinade
- 0.25 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 onion grated
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, paprika, cumin, and onion, marinate lamb for 1 hour.
- Skewer lamb and grill for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Slice lamb thinly.
- Serve in pita with tomatoes and yogurt sauce.
Notes
Add sumac for extra tang.
