Tacchino Arrosto

Roasted turkey breast with garlic and herbs.
Ingredients
Main
- 2 lb turkey breast boneless
- 2 garlic cloves minced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
Instructions
- Rub turkey with olive oil, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
- Roast at 375°F (190°C) for 90 minutes until internal temperature is 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with roasted root vegetables.
Notes
Baste with broth for extra moisture.
