Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Rub turkey with olive oil, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
  • Roast at 375°F (190°C) for 90 minutes until internal temperature is 165°F (74°C).
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with roasted root vegetables.
