Sweet Chili Wings

Chicken wings with a perfect balance of sweet and spicy, coated in a sticky Thai sweet chili sauce.

Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Sauce
- 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Mix sweet chili sauce and lime juice in a bowl.
- Toss baked wings in the sauce, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust lime juice for a tangier flavor. Serve with extra sweet chili sauce for dipping.
