Ingredients
  

Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 0.25 cup lingonberry jam

Instructions
 

  • Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and salt, form into meatballs.
  • Brown meatballs in a skillet, remove.
  • Add broth and cream to skillet, simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Return meatballs to sauce, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with lingonberry jam and mashed potatoes.
