Spinach Artichoke Dip

Creamy and cheesy dip with spinach and artichokes, perfect for dipping with chips or bread.

Dip
- 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
- 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
Notes
Use fresh spinach for a brighter flavor. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
