Spiced Chai Cake

A warm cake infused with chai spices like cardamom and ginger, Indian-inspired.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup All-purpose flour sifted
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 0.5 cup Butter softened
- 2 Large eggs
- 0.5 cup Brewed chai tea cooled
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 0.5 tsp Ginger ground
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch cake pan.

- Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool and dust with powdered sugar or frost with chai buttercream.
