Salsa

  • 4 roma tomatoes diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion finely diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
