Main

  • 1.5 cup arborio rice
  • 0.25 tsp saffron threads

Base

  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 4 cup chicken broth warmed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onion in butter until soft.
  • Add rice and toast for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in saffron and gradually add warm broth, stirring until absorbed, about 25 minutes.
  • Stir in parmesan and serve immediately.
