Ravioli with Brown Butter Sage

Delicate cheese ravioli tossed in a nutty brown butter sage sauce.

Ingredients
Pasta
- 12 oz cheese ravioli
- 1 tbsp salt for pasta water
Sauce
- 0.5 cup butter
- 10 fresh sage leaves
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat until it turns golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add sage leaves and cook for 1 minute until crispy.
- Toss ravioli in the brown butter sauce, season with salt, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh sage for best flavor. Add toasted walnuts for crunch.
