Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 oz cheese ravioli
  • 1 tbsp salt for pasta water

Sauce

  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 10 fresh sage leaves
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat until it turns golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  • Add sage leaves and cook for 1 minute until crispy.
  • Toss ravioli in the brown butter sauce, season with salt, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Serve immediately.
