Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup All-purpose flour sifted
  • 1.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  • Sift flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder together.
    2 cup All-purpose flour, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 0.5 tsp Nutmeg, 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Whisk eggs, sugar, pumpkin puree, and oil until smooth.
    1.5 cup Brown sugar, 1 cup Pumpkin puree, 3 Large eggs, 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
