Pulled Pork Sandwich

Slow-cooked pork with barbecue sauce on a bun.
Ingredients
Pork
- 4 lb pork shoulder
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Sauce and Bun
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 8 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Rub pork with paprika, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Place in slow cooker; cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred pork with forks; mix with barbecue sauce.
- Serve on buns with extra sauce.
Notes
Add coleslaw for crunch.
