Prosciutto-Wrapped Melon

Sweet cantaloupe wrapped in salty prosciutto for an elegant appetizer.

Appetizer
- 1 cantaloupe cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 prosciutto slices cut in half
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze optional
Instructions
- Wrap each cantaloupe piece with a half slice of prosciutto.
- Arrange on a platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Use ripe cantaloupe for best flavor. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
