Pollo alla Pizzaiola

Chicken with tomato and oregano sauce.
Ingredients
Main
- 1.5 lb chicken breast sliced
- 1 can crushed tomatoes 14 oz
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 garlic clove minced
Instructions
- Brown chicken in olive oil, remove.
- Sauté garlic, add tomatoes and oregano, simmer 10 minutes.
- Return chicken, cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread.
Notes
Add capers for extra flavor.
