Panna Cotta

Creamy Italian vanilla custard with berry topping.
Ingredients
Custard
- 2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp gelatin
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water.
- Heat cream with sugar and vanilla until warm, stir in gelatin.
- Pour into molds, chill for 4 hours.
- Top with berries and serve.
Notes
Use a vanilla bean for richer flavor.
