Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 0.25 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Orange zest
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch cake pan.
  • Sift flour and baking powder together.
    1.5 cup All-purpose flour, 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Whisk eggs, sugar, olive oil, orange juice, and zest until smooth.
    1 cup Granulated sugar, 0.5 cup Olive oil, 3 Large eggs, 0.25 cup Orange juice, 1 tbsp Orange zest
  • Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  • Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
