Orange Olive Oil Cake

A moist Mediterranean cake with bright orange flavor and a light olive oil texture.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup All-purpose flour sifted
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 0.5 cup Olive oil extra virgin
- 3 Large eggs
- 0.25 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp Orange zest
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch cake pan.

- Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
