Mini Quiches

Bite-sized quiches with a flaky crust, filled with eggs, cheese, and veggies.

- Mini Muffin Tin
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 pie crust store-bought or homemade
Filling
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 0.25 cup spinach chopped
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out pie crust and cut into rounds to fit a mini muffin tin.
- Press crust rounds into muffin tin cups.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, spinach, and salt in a bowl.
- Spoon filling into crusts, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20 minutes until set and golden.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Add bacon or ham for extra flavor. Let cool slightly before removing from tin.
