Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Sauce

  • 0.5 cup barbecue sauce
  • 0.25 cup grape jelly

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Form mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Heat barbecue sauce and grape jelly in a saucepan until smooth.
  • Toss meatballs in sauce and serve with toothpicks.
