Ingredients
  

Meatloaf

  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Glaze

  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix beef, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape into a loaf in a baking dish.
  • Mix ketchup and brown sugar; spread over meatloaf.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 minutes.
  • Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
