Korean Bulgogi

Marinated Korean beef grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
Beef
- 1 lb sirloin steak thinly sliced
Marinade
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 onion sliced
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and onion for marinade.
- Marinate beef for 30 minutes.
- Grill beef slices on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve with rice and kimchi.
Notes
Add pear juice to marinade for tenderness.
