Involtini di Maiale

Pork rolls stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella.
Ingredients
Main
- 1 lb pork tenderloin sliced thin
- 4 slice prosciutto
Filling
- 4 oz mozzarella sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 cup white wine
Instructions
- Pound pork slices thin, layer with prosciutto and mozzarella.
- Roll and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil, sear rolls, add wine, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
Notes
Add sage for extra flavor.
