Hummus with Veggie Sticks

Smooth and creamy hummus served with fresh veggie sticks for dipping.

Ingredients
Hummus
- 1 can chickpeas 15 oz, drained and rinsed
- 0.25 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 0.5 tsp salt
Veggies
- 2 carrots cut into sticks
- 2 cucumbers cut into sticks
Instructions
- Blend chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
- Transfer hummus to a serving bowl.
- Arrange carrot and cucumber sticks around the hummus.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Drizzle with extra olive oil before serving. Add paprika for a smoky flavor.
