Focaccia Genovese

Fluffy Ligurian flatbread with olive oil and rosemary.
Ingredients
Dough
- 3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp yeast
Topping
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp rosemary chopped
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, and 1 cup water, knead into dough.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Spread dough in a pan, dimple with fingers, drizzle with olive oil and rosemary.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25 minutes, sprinkle with salt.
Notes
Add olives for a twist.
