Earl Grey Lavender Cake

A delicate sponge infused with Earl Grey tea and subtle lavender notes.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup All-purpose flour sifted
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 0.5 cup Butter softened
- 2 Large eggs
- 0.5 cup Earl Grey tea brewed and cooled
- 1 tsp Dried lavender culinary grade
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch cake pan.

- Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool and frost with lavender-infused buttercream.
