Crab Cakes

Pan-fried crab cakes with remoulade sauce.
Ingredients
Main
- 1 lb crab meat
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix crab, breadcrumbs, mayo, egg, and salt, form into patties.
- Fry in olive oil until golden, 4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with remoulade and lemon wedges.
Notes
Add Old Bay seasoning for flavor.
