Oven-baked pork ribs with Italian herbs.
Ingredients
Main
- 2 lb pork ribs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 garlic clove minced
Instructions
- Rub ribs with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.
- Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 2 hours, covered.
- Uncover, bake 10 more minutes to crisp.
- Serve with coleslaw.
Notes
Add a BBQ glaze for sweetness.
