Clam Chowder

Creamy New England-style clam chowder with potatoes.
Ingredients
Base
- 2 cans clams 6.5 oz each, drained
- 2 potatoes diced
- 1 onion chopped
Cream
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot; sauté onion until soft.
- Add potatoes and clam juice; simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in clams and cream; heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper; serve hot.
Notes
Serve with oyster crackers.
