  • 0.5 lb shrimp peeled
  • 0.5 lb andouille sausage sliced
  • 0.5 lb chicken breast cubed

Base

  • 1 cup rice long-grain
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cook sausage and chicken in a pot, add bell pepper and sauté.
  • Add rice, cajun seasoning, and 2 cups water, simmer 20 minutes.
  • Add shrimp, cook until pink, about 5 minutes.
  • Serve with green onions.
