Cacciucco

Tuscan seafood stew with tomatoes and bread.
Ingredients
Seafood
- 1 lb mixed seafood mussels, shrimp, squid
Base
- 1 can crushed tomatoes 14 oz
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 cup white wine
Instructions
- Sauté onion in olive oil until soft.
- Add tomatoes and wine, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add seafood, cook until mussels open and shrimp are pink, about 20 minutes.
- Serve with toasted bread.
Notes
Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
