Bollito Misto

Mixed boiled meats with salsa verde.
Ingredients
Main
- 1 lb beef brisket
- 1 lb veal shank
Salsa Verde
- 0.5 cup parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp capers
Instructions
- Boil beef and veal in water with salt for 3 hours.
- Mix parsley, olive oil, and capers for salsa verde.
- Slice meats thinly, serve with salsa verde.
- Serve with boiled vegetables.
Notes
Add mustard for extra flavor.
