Beef Brisket

Slow-smoked beef brisket with spice rub.
Ingredients

- 5 lb beef brisket
- 2 tbsp paprika
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper
Instructions
- Rub brisket with paprika, sugar, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Smoke at 225°F (110°C) for 12 hours until tender.
- Wrap in foil halfway through, rest for 1 hour.
- Serve with BBQ sauce and pickles.
Notes
Use hickory wood for smoking.
