Barbecue Pulled Pork

Slow-cooked pork shoulder with tangy BBQ sauce.
Ingredients
Main
- 3 lb pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 onion chopped
Instructions
- Rub pork with brown sugar and paprika.
- Place in slow cooker with onion and BBQ sauce.
- Cook on low for 8 hours, shred pork.
- Serve on buns with coleslaw.
Notes
Add hot sauce for extra kick.
