Banana Pancakes

Soft and fluffy pancakes infused with sweet ripe bananas for a comforting breakfast treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 ripe bananas
Instructions
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine milk, egg, melted butter, and mashed bananas.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry, stir until just combined.
- Heat skillet over medium heat, grease lightly.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, add cinnamon or chopped nuts to the batter.
