Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup All-purpose flour sifted
  • 1.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Mashed bananas
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Dark rum
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  • Sift flour and baking powder together.
    2 cup All-purpose flour, 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Whisk eggs, sugar, mashed bananas, butter, and rum until smooth.
    1.5 cup Brown sugar, 1 cup Mashed bananas, 3 Large eggs, 0.5 cup Butter, 2 tbsp Dark rum
  • Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Cool and drizzle with rum caramel glaze.
