Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers

Spicy jalapeños stuffed with cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon.

- 12 jalapeños halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 12 bacon slices cut in half
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Spoon cheese mixture into halved jalapeños.
- Wrap each jalapeño half with a bacon slice and secure with a toothpick.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until bacon is crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid irritation. Serve with ranch dressing.
