Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter cold, cubed
  • 0.25 cup water ice-cold

Filling

  • 6 apples peeled, sliced
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour and butter, add water to form dough; chill 30 minutes.
  • Roll out dough for bottom and top crusts.
  • Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon.
  • Place apples in bottom crust, cover with top crust, seal edges.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 50-60 minutes.
