Apple Crisp

Warm apple crisp with a crunchy oat topping, a perfect fall dessert.

Ingredients
Filling
- 4 apples peeled and sliced
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Topping
- 0.5 cup oats
- 0.5 cup flour
- 0.5 cup butter melted
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss apples with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread in a baking dish.
- Mix oats, flour, melted butter, and brown sugar for topping.
- Sprinkle topping over apples.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Use a mix of tart and sweet apples. Add nuts for extra crunch.
