Anatra all’Arancia

Duck with orange sauce.
Ingredients
Main
- 1 duck 4-5 lb, whole
- 2 oranges juice and zest
Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 0.5 cup white wine
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Season duck with salt, roast at 375°F (190°C) for 90 minutes.
- Melt butter, add orange juice, zest, wine, and sugar, simmer until thickened.
- Carve duck, drizzle with sauce.
- Serve with wild rice.
Notes
Add Grand Marnier for a richer sauce.
