Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp

Crispy shrimp coated in sweet coconut flakes.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
Coating
- 0.5 cup coconut flakes
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg beaten
Instructions
- Dip shrimp in egg, then coat with coconut flakes and breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook shrimp for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
Notes
Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
