Ingredients
  

Vegetables

  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce and toss to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice or noodles.
