  • 1 lb mixed seafood mussels, shrimp, squid

Base

  • 1 can crushed tomatoes 14 oz
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup white wine

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onion in olive oil until soft.
  • Add tomatoes and wine, simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add seafood, cook until mussels open and shrimp are pink, about 20 minutes.
  • Serve with toasted bread.
