Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs

Filling

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Knead flour and eggs into dough, rest for 30 minutes.
  • Roll dough thin, cut into squares, fill with ricotta and parmesan.
  • Seal ravioli and boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes.
  • Toss with melted butter and serve.
