Ravioli di Ricotta

Homemade ricotta-filled ravioli with butter sauce.
Ingredients
Pasta
- 2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
Filling
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Knead flour and eggs into dough, rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll dough thin, cut into squares, fill with ricotta and parmesan.
- Seal ravioli and boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes.
- Toss with melted butter and serve.
Notes
Add spinach to filling for variation.
