Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup All-purpose flour sifted
  • 1.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Mango puree
  • 0.25 cup Passionfruit juice
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  • Sift flour and baking powder together.
    2 cup All-purpose flour, 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Whisk eggs, sugar, mango puree, and butter until smooth.
    1.5 cup Granulated sugar, 0.5 cup Mango puree, 3 Large eggs, 0.5 cup Butter
  • Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Cool and spread passionfruit curd between layers.
    0.25 cup Passionfruit juice
  • Top with whipped cream and fresh mango slices.
